c

Impaired functioning was assessed using the World Health Organization Disability Assessment Scale, a 12 item measure that assesses the degree of functional impairment experienced over the past month regarding self-care, mobility, cognition, social functioning, and role functioning, with possible scores ranging from 0 to 48 (higher scores indicating worse functioning).
