Relative cell viability after culturing with different concentrations of Au-SiNW nanohybrids varying from 0.000, 0.010, 0.025, 0.050, 0.075, 0.100, to 0.250 mg/mL for 24 h at 37 °C. After the addition of MTT reagent and 4 h incubation at 37 °C, stop solution was added and followed by overnight incubation. The absorbance of each sample was recorded at 560 nm to determine the cell proliferation rate. The cells used here were KW12C (a) and SW620 (b).
