Time axis of experimental set up (a). 3×10⁶ BM-DC were injected into C57BL/6 recipient mice twice, either peptide pulsed (c & e) or unpulsed (b & d) via the (i) i.c. (grey cycles), (ii) i.p. (black triangles) or (iii) i.v. (grey diamonds) route on day 0 and day 2. Two days later 1×10⁶ cells of both tumor cell lines were injected s.c. into the left and the right flank, respectively.
