A, B. PBMC from subject OM292 were exposed to HDACis for 4 hours. Cells were then washed and cultured in fresh medium with PMA/ionomycin for an additional 5 hours in the presence of brefeldin A. A. IFN-γ production in CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T-cells was measured by intracellular cytokine staining flow cytometry. Shown are mean ± SEM values.
