After 24 or 72 h, cells were examined to determine mRNA expressions. KAI1 and β-Actin mRNA levels were determined by reverse-transcription PCR (A) and those of KAI1, hCG, and GAPDH were determined by real-time RT-PCR (B). Empty and black bars indicate control and forskolin, respectively. Two independent experiments were performed. Each sample was triplicated and represented as means ± SD. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01.
