Persistent expression of H2BGP and rtTA upon surgical androgen-depletion. Testes were removed from double transgenic mice and 2-day post-castrated mice were Dox-treated for days indicated. mRNA was derived from both castated (C) and non-castrated (N.C.) mice and analyzed by RT-PCR (top) and qRT-PCR (bottom analysis).
