Different concentrations of aqueous leaf extract of J. gossypiifolia (Jg) were incubated with human citrated plasma for 5 min. After that, activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) and prothrombin time (PT) tests were performed using commercial kits according to manufacturer's protocol.
