Statistically significant difference between the initial cranio-cervical angles and the angles with the biteplate in place (p = 0.000). Data analysis was carried out with the aid of IBM SPSS Statistics 2.0. Descriptive statistics were performed and the Student’s t-test was used for comparisons among the evaluation times, with the level of significance set to 95% (p < 0.05).
