(F) Mice were challenged with 20 × LD50 of homologous virus and titers of virus in lungs 4 days after challenge were assessed by plaque assay (4–5 mice/group). IgG titers and PFU/g lung tissue are expressed as the mean +/− SEM. HAI and NT values are expressed as geometric mean with a ±95% confidence interval.
