E-cadherin restored by sup-tRNAArg recruits the adhesion-complex molecules β-catenin and p120-catenin. The interaction between E-cadherin and β-catenin (upper panel) or p120-catenin (lower panel) was assessed by in situ PLA in AGS cells. Positive signals were detected in 1003int_sup-tRNAArg, WTint, 1003_cDNA_sup-tRNAArg and WTcDNA cells (amplification × 40).
