MLK3 is required for CHIP-mediated suppression of cell invasion. SKOV3 cells were transfected with nonspecific, CHIP, MLK3, or CHIP plus MLK3 siRNA oligonucleotides. Cell invasion was assessed by using Transwell membranes coated with Matrigel. (Top) The cells that invaded were stained and counted.
