Results shown are the log10 reductions in cell culture infectivity of murine norovirus (initial titer, 4.21 × 106 TCID50/ml) after various time exposures to allspice oil at two concentrations. The experiment was conducted in triplicate.
Reduction was statistically significant (P ≤ 0.05) in comparison to the control (with no antimicrobials) at the same time exposure.
Reductions were significantly different (P ≤ 0.05) between 2.0% and 4.0% allspice oil.
