Levels of cell cycle or replication proteins are not affected by Nbs1 knockdown. Western blot analysis was performed on lysates harvested from CIN612 9E cells stably maintaining the Scramble (shScram) or Nbs1 shRNAs at T₀, or after 72 h of differentiation in high-calcium medium using antibodies to cyclin A, cyclin E, and CDK2 (A); cyclin B, CDC25C, and CDK1 (B); and RPA (C), as well as PCNA.
