Profile of susceptibility of wild-type and CYP5122A1 HKO Leishmania donovani promastigotes to DB766 and ketoconazole. A total of 106 parasites/ml from wild-type and CYP5122A1 HKO Leishmania donovani promastigotes were exposed to various concentrations of DB766 (50 to 750 nM) (A) or ketoconazole (10 or 30 μM) (B) for 24 h. Cell viability was determined by propidium iodide staining by flow cytometry. The values represent percentage cell death relative to untreated controls.
