Comparison of the amino acid sequences of the seven OXA-24 variants (OXA-24, OXA-25, OXA-26, OXA-72, OXA-139, OXA-160, and OXA-207) with the related CHDL groups (OXA-143 and OXA-182), using the ClustalW multiple-sequence alignment program. All sequences were obtained with the accession numbers provided by the β-Lactamase Classification and Amino Acid Sequences website (http://www.lahey.org/Studies/).
