(A) Semiquantitative RT-PCR analysis of PfTopoVIB, PfHsp90, and PfARP genes in the absence (−) and presence (+) of radicicol. ARP acted as a loading control. PCR without reverse transcription (−RT) shows no amplification of PfTopoVIB. Genomic DNA (gDNA) sample acted as a positive control.
