A single brachial and inguinal lymph node were collected from each mouse and cultured together.
The reduction in infection rates observed in individual tissues, at all sites, and the overall number of positive mice were statistically significantly different from BbKH501 (P ≤ 0.05 based on Fisher's exact test).
