Inhibition of cPLA₂ alters macrophage cytokine and chemokine response to F. tularensis LVS. BMDMs were pretreated with inhibitors and then mock infected or inoculated with F. tularensis LVS at an MOI of 200:1. Cytokine, chemokine, and growth factor concentrations in the supernatant were measured 24 hours after inoculation using a cytokine bead array (n = 3).
