Autoprocessing of SHFV nsp1 proteins in infected cells. MA104 monolayers were infected with SHFV, strain LVR, at an MOI of 1. Cell lysates were harvested in RIPA buffer at the indicated times after infection, and the individual nsp1 viral proteins were detected by Western blotting using anti-SHFV nsp1α (A)-, nsp1β (B)-, or nsp1γ (C)-specific antibody. Anti-actin antibody was used to detect actin on stripped blots. The positions of the protein markers are indicated on the left, and those of the viral protein bands are indicated on the right.
