Generation of rNDVs containing norovirus ORF2 and production of VP1 protein by rNDVs. (A) ORF2 of the capsid gene was flanked by the gene start (GS) and gene end (GE) signals of NDVs and inserted into the intergenic region between the P and M genes in a full-length antigenomic cDNA of NDVs. (B) DF1 cells were infected with each virus at an MOI of 1, and cell lysates were collected at 24 h postinfection for Western blot analysis.
