For FEV1/FVC the beta value is the change in FEV1/FVC scaled as a proportion (range 0–1) per copy of allele 1. Conditional analysis model includes the SNP listed plus the sentinel SNP for the specific gene target (HTR4 rs11168048, ADAM19 rs1422795) and the P value given is for the beta value for the SNP listed.
ADAM19 rs1422795 gave P = 0.02 in the unconditional analysis and is thus not listed in this table.
