Cdks interact with HIF-1α. (A and B) Antibody against HIF-1α (A) or Cdk1 (B), or IgG control, was used for immunoprecipitation (IP) of lysates prepared from HeLa cells that were exposed to 1% O₂ for 6 h. Western blot (WB) assays of the immunoprecipitates were performed using antibody against HIF-1α or Cdk1. (C) Anti–HIF-1α antibody or IgG was used for IP of lysates prepared from HeLa cells that were exposed to 1% O₂ for 6 h.
