Compound 11a-1 inhibits Erk1/2 and Akt activity and ErbB2+ breast cancer cell growth in a 3D Matrigel environment. (A) SKBR3 cells were seeded into Matrigel, and their growth was then monitored over 4 days in the presence of vehicle or the indicated concentrations of 11a-1.
