Endothelial cells were incubated either with solvent, MnTMPyP (100 µM), SOD (500 U/ml), catalase (500 U/ml) or PEG-catalase (500 U/ml) for 30 min before the addition of EPA:DHA 6∶1 (0.4% v/v) for 30 min. Representative immunoblots for detection of (A) p-Src, p-Akt and p-eNOS and (B) p-JNK, p-p38 MAPK and p-ERK (top), and corresponding cumulative data (bottom).
