Neonatal chemical sympathectomy specifically suppresses MA maturation. Newborn rats were treated with vehicle or 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) to achieve chemical sympathectomy as described in materials and methods. MA (AC) and aorta (D) were assayed at PND35.
