Mice were fed with a 5% K⁺-containing diet for 3 days. Experiments were performed in cell-attached patches. Pipette and bath solutions contained 140 mM K⁺ and 140 mM Na⁺-5 mM K⁺, respectively. Channel activity (NP_o) was measured with the cell holding potential at −60 mV.
