Evaluation of cell viability after 24 h incubation with EA or RA in UVB-irradiated and unirradiated cells. (a) EA (concentrations: 2.5; 5; 10 μM); (b) RA (concentrations: 2.7; 13.7; 27.5; 55 μM); (c) EA (5 μM in 0.1% DMSO) or RA (2.7 μM in 0.1% DMSO) applied immediately after UVB irradiation (100 mJ/cm²). Cell viability was measured using trypan blue. Statistical significance was determined with respect to the viability of UVB-irradiated cells (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01).
