Mean ± SD. The fusion protein was administered by IV injection, and brain measurements made 140 min following injection. The radioactivity in the postvascular supernatant was 95.9 ± 0.7% precipitable by cold 10% trichloroacetic acid. The homogenate VD for the human IgG1 isotype control antibody was reported previously.²³
