The values of K₁K₂ (0.0633 ± 0.002 mM⁻¹) and K₁(1+K₂) (0.0751 ± 0.0035 mM⁻¹) were obtained from the best fitting curve. The values of K₁ and K₂ calculated from the measured K₁K₂ and K₁(1+K₂) are 0.012 ± 0.006 mM⁻¹ and 5.4 ± 1.8, respectively.
