TBARS levels in hindlimb muscle mitochondria at the end of 8 mo CR from mice consuming a control diet (Control) or CR diets containing lard (CR-Lard), soybean oil (CR-Soy), or fish oil (CR-Fish). No differences were observed between mitochondria from different treatments. All values are expressed as nmol/mg protein and presented as mean ± SEM (n = 7 – 9).
