The monoclonal sgp130-E10 antibody E10/1 specifically detected recombinant sgp130-E10Fc with a detection limit of ∼10 ng; E10/1 did not detect sgp130Fc. B, Western blot (WB) analysis of the sgp130-E10 isoform in human PBMCs lysates using the gp130 antibody B-R3 and the novel sgp130-E10 antibody E10/1. sgp130-E10 was specifically detected at the expected apparent molecular mass of 70–80 kDa.
