The midpoints of activation and inactivation (V1/2) and slope factors (k) were obtained from a single Boltzmann fit. Values are mean ± SE and n represents the number of experiments. Values in bold font are statistically significant (p < 0.05) compared with the corresponding Kv2.1 properties before treatment with 1 NM ionomycin (IM) or 1 NM ryanodine (Ry).
