The Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) level and Glutathione/Oxidized Glutathione (GSH/GSSG) ratio in the cultured HK-2 cells (A). The ROS level was measured in cultured HK-2 cells. The results showed that H2O2 treatment greatly increased the cellular ROS level, while additional Baicalin pretreatment inhibited the increase of the ROS level; and (B) The GSH/GSSG ratio was analyzed in cultured HK-2 cells.
