In vitro embryonic body (EB)-mediated differentiation of human iPSCs into three germ layers. EBs were cultured in ultra-low attachment dishes for 6 d then plated on gelatin-coated dishes for another 6 d. Differentiated cells were stained with antibodies against α-fetoprotein (endoderm marker), α-SMA (mesoderm marker) or TUJ1 (ectoderm marker) respectively. Nuclei were counter-stained with DAPI.
