The mRNA levels of NPY were not different between the two groups of OLETF, while significantly higher in G-CSF-treated LETO than those in saline-treated LETO. The mRNA levels of POMC were significantly higher in G-CSF-treated groups than those in saline-treated groups in both OLETF and LETO.
