Co-treatment of 5 µM Rev or 50 µM Gen further increased the expression ratio of LC3 II/LC3 I in NB4 cells (A, C) and NRLVMs (B, D) compared to As₂O₃ alone. **p = 0.002, ***p<0.001, As₂O₃+Rev versus As₂O₃; **p = 0.004, **p<0.005, As₂O₃+Gen versus As₂O₃. No significant difference was found in the expression ratio of LC3 II/LC3 I in NB4 cells (E) and NRLVMs (F) with co-treatment of 5 µM Gen compared to As₂O₃ alone.
