AZD8055, but not rapamycin, reduces muscle glucose uptake ex vivo. (A,B) Mouse soleus and EDL muscles were incubated ex vivo in the presence of 0.1% DMSO, 640 nM AZD8055 or 1 μM rapamycin for 30 min, followed by basal or insulin (60 nM) stimulation.
