C57Bl/6 wild-type (WT) and CEA-Tg mice were immunized with rAAV-CEA on day 1 followed by ODN1826 (ODN) on days 15 and 17. Splenocytes and sera were collected on day 21. (A) CEA specific IFN-γ production was assessed by ELISA. Data represent means ± SD, n = 4 mice per group. (B) Total serum IgG antibody levels against CEA were determined by ELISA.
