(c) Alizarin Red/Alcian Blue staining for ossified bone (red) and cartilage (blue) of 1 day old wild-type (WT) and Tle4 null (KO) skeletons shows decreased mineralization in Tle4 null mice of both membranous bone (skull) and endochondral bone (vertebrae and long bones).
