Data are presented as level 3 GO categorization for biological process. The GO terms are hierarchically clustered. Data in each column have been normalized to the maximum value in that column. To account for bias due to the gene set we used, mRNA expression profile of mock infected cells (i.e. “MOCK) was used for the GO terms enrichment analysis.
