(a) A high-resolution digestion map of the FT promoter by the enzyme Sau3AI. Primers were designed on 10 restriction fragments as indicated. Blocks A, C and ID are indicated with red, blue and grey overlays, respectively. The green box indicates the location of an insertion present in the reference Col as compared to many re-sequenced accessions. The grey shadowing arrow indicates the insertion site of T-DNA mutant #2 with a digestion map indicated. At ZT16 after 10 days growth in LD, seedlings were collected for the 3C assay. Interaction frequency was corrected for primer and ligation efficiency using BAC F5I14 as control template after digestion and ligation. Values were scaled to set the highest interaction point per fixed primer to 1. Primer 9 (b), 6 (c) and 3 (d) were tested against all other primers to measure interactions. The position of the fixed primer is indicated by an arrow. Values are means of two biological replicates±s.e.
