The GnRH expression network was decreased in the hypothalamus of female largemouth bass (LMB) after treatment with MeHg. The expression of genes in this network decreased by an average of 10%. Red indicates increased gene expression with MeHg treatment while green indicates that gene expression is decreased in response to MeHg exposure.
