In this image, the LN lies at the upper border of the pancreas between the lesser curvature and the left gastric vein (LGV). The LGV is seen joining the upper border of portal vein (PV) near the portal venous confluence. The splenic artery (SA) is seen. This lymph node (LN) is in proximity of two vessels; the PV and SA.
