Myc+/+Mx1Cre+ or Myc+/+Mx1Cre+ bone marrow was transduced with Notch1ΔE and transplanted into lethally-irradiated recipients. Notch1ΔE+ T-ALL cells were measured in peripheral blood 2 weeks post-transplant (a) (top panel) and 7 days following pI:pC treatment (bottom panel).
