Each bar represents the relative expression changes between L1-active (scrambled) and L1-silenced (endo453) cells after being normalized to HPRT1 as an internal control. Fold change was calculated from 2-ΔΔCT and p values by an unpaired t test. Error bars show s.d. (n=4). (C) Western blot of L1 protein in T47D cells stably transfected with endo453 and scrambled siRNAs. α-tubulin was used as a loading control. The whole cell extracts from NTera.2D1 and parental T47D cells were performed in parallel.
