A) Hematoxylin and eosin staining of organs from Balb/c mice treated with either saline, F10 at 300 mg/kg or 5-FU at 121 mg/kg QOD x4 as indicated. Animals were sacrificed 72 hours following their last dose. BM=bone marrow, LI=large intestine, SI=small intestine. B) Engraftment of human HSCs. Human HSCs were treated with saline or 50nM F10 for 24 hours as indicated and then injected into NSG mice. After 60 days mice were euthanized and bilateral femur cells were assayed for engraftment. C) Bioluminescence of C57Bl/6 mice injected with B6 ALL cells treated with saline (C) or 50 nM F10 (F10) for 24 hours.
