Cells were incubated with 5 μM unconjugated doxorubicin or AEZS-108 for 60 minutes in serum-free medium. Cells were then fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and the phosphorylated γ-H2AX was labelled by using immunocytochemistry (green). Nuclei were labelled with DAPI (blue). Scale bar corresponds to 100 μm.
