Patient ECG after syncopal episode and 9 months after discontinuation of inbandronate; ibandronate discontinuation normalized the QT interval. A: Electrocardiogram showing ectopic beats, with a prolonged QT interval of 484 milliseconds and Bazett corrected QT interval of 575 milliseconds. ECG was obtained following correction of presenting hypokalemia. B: Repeat electrocardiogram (9 months after initial presentation) showing occasional ectopic beats. The QT interval is 400 milliseconds and the Bazett corrected QT is 426 milliseconds.
