Pancreatic cancer cell lines (MiaPaCa2, Panc0403) were treated with drugs (toyocamycin [0.5, 1 μM], HNA [10 μM] or 3ETH [1, 10 μM]) for 14 days; and colony formation on plastic (A, C) and soft agar (B, D, E) was assessed.
