Figure 5. Determinants of apoptosis.

(A) Cells were treated with compounds for 24 hours. 90 minutes before collection for Western blot, cells were treated with recombinant human IL10 (50ng/ml). (B) Cells were transfected with 1uM siRNA pool targeting 4EBP1. 96 hours after transfection, cells were treated with compounds and collected 24 hours later for Western blot. (C) Cells were transfected and treated as in (B) except for 72 hours. IL10 treatment (50ng/ml) was performed twice, at 24 hours and 48 hours before trypan blue staining and counting.
